InvoiceUploadRequest

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT	/enterprise/invoice/upload	Begins upload of a new invoice.	Use returned StatusToken to upload line items and close request to complete invoice.
OPTIONS	/enterprise/invoice/upload

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .xml suffix or ?format=xml
